Full-time Sales Associate

The Smart Series is looking for a resourceful and driven individual who is unafraid of challenges, endeavours to break the mould and dares to venture into uncharted waters. If you are audacious enough to go against the grain and push beyond limits, you’d be a great fit for our team!

Who we are The Smart Series vision is to create a better everyday life through the use of smart home devices. We do this by offering a wide range of smart home products and excellent customer service through all forms of sales channels. The Smart Series takes pride in empowering our staff to make decisions on behalf of the company and provide them with a high level of independence.

Job Responsibilities

• Be an excellent brand ambassador for The Smart Series be it at our showroom, trade show, functions or company events

• Resolve customer enquiries and issues with tailored sales solutions
• Recommend and support business improvement initiatives to drive sales growth along the entire online-to-offline customer journey
• Other ad-hoc tasks to support the expansion of the business



• 2 years of relevant experience in related industry will be advantageous

• Ability to quickly build relationships and present excellent product knowledge to customers/clients.

• Strong prospecting, negotiation skills, and customer engagement

• Creating and delivering presentations to client/ customer needs

• Prioritizing, good time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently without much supervision
